30 years of community
As Community Tire Pros and Auto Repair celebrate 30 years of service to the community, we take this opportunity to thank you for helping us succeed and to invite you to join us in a celebration of this accomplishment.
From our humble beginnings back in 1991, our customers and our local community have been our biggest priorities. A lot has changed over the years. The Valley of the Sun has become one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country, and we are proud that we have had the opportunity to grow with it. We believe in respect for everyone that walks through our doors, which is why we have always strived to give good, honest, and affordable service. Those are the ingredients to loyalty, and it's because of that loyalty, along with our highly skilled team, we have reached this impressive milestone.
With "customer service" as the working cornerstone of our company, our goal is to exceed all clients' expectations every time they entrust their vehicles to CTP care. That alone is why we have gained the trust of our community and enjoy a high return customer rate, and we thank you all, for you are the key to what makes us better at what we do. In turn, our clients reward us with one of the highest customer satisfaction and loyalty ratings in the industry.
What can we say? We have been so blessed over the years to have worked with so many outstanding individuals. The core of our excellent teamwork comes from communication, talent, and above all, a genuine sense of ownership our team members possess, which in the end translates to a better experience for our customers. We thank our team for their hard work and dedication.
Giving back to our community is one of our most cherished traditions at Community Tire Pros. We have had the honor to work with a diverse list of organizations through the years, including Helping Hands For Single Moms, Red Means Stop, Joshua's Feeding Tree, Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce, One In Ten, Toy and Food Drives with local Churches, Adopt a Family Christmas Program, PRIDE, Festival of Trees, and the Community Tire Salsa Garden.
This year we are excited to add to our growing list, "Community Tires Cares" Pet Adoption Partnership with Maricopa County Animal Care and Control, not to mention we are now a proud sponsor of Grand Canyon University. We wish to thank all of these organizations for allowing us to be a part of their outstanding efforts as we look forward to another 30 years of community.

Aptly described as our shelter's "resident jumping bean" by staff, Rascal is a fun-loving pup who has a lot of pep in his step and an intense love of playing soccer. He loves to show off his "sit" for treats, catch treats that are tossed his way, and play with treat-filled toys. Given that he's so treat-motivated, he would probably love having a chance to learn some fancy new tricks if you take a little time to teach him!
Rascal is already house trained and loves to spend time with you wherever you are while at home. In addition to his charming smile and stylish black-and-tan markings, you have to take notice of his adorable tail.
We think he may be a Basenji mix, although what exactly he's mixed with is anyone's guess! Regardless, he's just as sweet and smart as he is good-looking. Rascal is already neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to go home with you the same day.

"That little secret smile." That's what one of Shayna's favorite volunteers said to describe her, and those four words sum up so much about this amazing dog.
As the second-longest guest here at the shelter, Shayna has become somewhat of a hidden gem, and we think it's about time she had a forever family to appreciate that Mona Lisa smile of hers!
This little lady was initially timid and nervous when she first arrived at the shelter. However, she's become much more comfortable meeting new people and has grown increasingly friendly and outgoing. She's very treat-motivated and is not a very picky eater. She knows her familiar friends and gets very excited to see them (dancey feet included!) and has a reputation for leaning against you for attention. She adores petting, and booty rubs are her favorite!
Shayna is already spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to go home with you as soon as today!

Keeping with the theme of giving back to our community, we will be giving away ViSA Gift Cards and Gift Cards to some of your favorite locally-owned restaurants each month.
We know that the COVID-19 pandemic has hit many members of our community while nearly paralyzing the hospitality industry at the same time. That is why we thought we would like to give away something that may be a little bit of help through these troubling times. You benefit, and our restaurants benefit. It's a win, win.
