30 years of community
As Community Tire Pros and Auto Repair celebrate 30 years of service to the community, we take this opportunity to thank you for helping us succeed and to invite you to join us in a celebration of this accomplishment.
From our humble beginnings back in 1991, our customers and our local community have been our biggest priorities. A lot has changed over the years. The Valley of the Sun has become one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country, and we are proud that we have had the opportunity to grow with it. We believe in respect for everyone that walks through our doors, which is why we have always strived to give good, honest, and affordable service. Those are the ingredients to loyalty, and it's because of that loyalty, along with our highly skilled team, we have reached this impressive milestone.
With "customer service" as the working cornerstone of our company, our goal is to exceed all clients' expectations every time they entrust their vehicles to CTP care. That alone is why we have gained the trust of our community and enjoy a high return customer rate, and we thank you all, for you are the key to what makes us better at what we do. In turn, our clients reward us with one of the highest customer satisfaction and loyalty ratings in the industry.
What can we say? We have been so blessed over the years to have worked with so many outstanding individuals. The core of our excellent teamwork comes from communication, talent, and above all, a genuine sense of ownership our team members possess, which in the end translates to a better experience for our customers. We thank our team for their hard work and dedication.
Giving back to our community is one of our most cherished traditions at Community Tire Pros. We have had the honor to work with a diverse list of organizations through the years, including Helping Hands For Single Moms, Red Means Stop, Joshua's Feeding Tree, Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce, One In Ten, Toy and Food Drives with local Churches, Adopt a Family Christmas Program, PRIDE, Festival of Trees, and the Community Tire Salsa Garden.
This year we are excited to add to our growing list, "Community Tires Cares" Pet Adoption Partnership with Maricopa County Animal Care and Control, not to mention we are now a proud sponsor of Grand Canyon University. We wish to thank all of these organizations for allowing us to be a part of their outstanding efforts as we look forward to another 30 years of community.

Roxy (#A3761934) is a former "backyard dog" looking to turn her luck around and find a home where she's loved like a member of the family. She was understandably very nervous when she first arrived at the shelter, but soon discovered that all the new people she was meeting could be great friends! Now, she enjoys going for walks with her new friends, sniffing and exploring around the play yards, and soaking up as much petting and attention as possible. She loves to spend time with people, and doesn't really care what you're doing as long as you're spending time together.
Roxy was nervous about meeting other dogs during her behavior evaluation and preferred to do her own thing during her time in the play yard, but was able to coexist with other similarly-sized dogs. Her previous home felt that she liked the other dogs she knew, but does not seem to like cats, birds, or gophers. She will need to meet everyone in her new family and will need a home with no small children under the age of five. Visit maricopa.gov/214/adopt to find more information about Roxy (and other shelter pets too!) and make an appointment to visit the shelter and adopt your new pal!

Boy oh boy do we have a special space in our hearts for shy girls like Gorda #A4547520 who learn to trust and blossom right before our very eyes. You can thank dedicated staff members at the shelter and a team of volunteers for helping make this magic happen.
No, Gorda is not Miss Confident yet, but little by little she is showing the world what a wonderful dog she will grow to be. Most recently volunteers have noticed she will solicit attention and even show a playful side, a far cry from how fearful she was at intake.
Gorda would love a patient family who is willing to dedicate some time to helping her feel safe. She can potentially go home with other dogs but should meet them at the shelter first. Gorda is about 4 years old and 60 pounds.
Visit https://www.maricopa.gov/adopt to find more information about Gorda (and other available shelter pets) and reserve your appointment to adopt your new best friend. Nico is already neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to go home with you as soon as today!

Keeping with the theme of giving back to our community, we will be giving away ViSA Gift Cards and Gift Cards to some of your favorite locally-owned restaurants each month.
We know that the COVID-19 pandemic has hit many members of our community while nearly paralyzing the hospitality industry at the same time. That is why we thought we would like to give away something that may be a little bit of help through these troubling times. You benefit, and our restaurants benefit. It's a win, win.
