How Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair is Addressing Coronavirus and Your Safety in Our Shops

We know that Coronavirus is a concern for many people in our region and around the globe, including our loyal guests like you, and I want to personally reach out to let you know what Community Tire is doing to help combat the spread of the virus.

At Community Tire, we are in the business of repairing vehicles, however our guests are our main priority.  We are taking the following proactive measures to ensure we keep you and our Community safe.

We are making it a little easier to have more of a touchless experience.

Vehicle Pick-Up and Delivery: With this service, you can have your car serviced without ever stepping foot in the shop. Our team will pick your vehicle up from your home or workplace, and we’ll bring it back when it’s done, free of charge.

No-Contact Dropbox: Our no-contact drop box gives you the option to drop off your key without having to come into the shop or interact with others. Following your service, we will make arrangements for you to come back and get it.

Mobile Communication and Payment: Communication over the phone, including status of your vehicle, or paying for your service can all be done over the phone.  There is no need for you to wait in the lobby until your repairs are complete.

Increasing Frequency of Cleaning and Sanitizing our Shops, especially most-touched surfaces like door handles, credit card readers, waiting areas, and restrooms.

Reinforcing our Existing Health Protocols with Shop Teams, such as frequent and proper handwashing, auto technician glove use, the use of seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats and wiping down door handles, gear shift handles, etc. with sanitizer before the vehicle is returned to the you, our valued guest.  We will also ensure employees who are ill stay home and seek medical attention.
