I came in because something was dripping from my car, I shared the information and a photo of the liquid with Daryl, he and his guys were able to check out my car and let me know what the problem was. I was able to look at exactly what was going on with them and went back inside the lobby to figure out cost and the availability of a part to fix it. While we were figuring that out I was texting with my husband and he asked me to confirm that it would not be covered under a warranty that I have through Ford. I asked what Daryl thought and he said he didn’t think so, I called the dealership and talked to someone in the service department and they told me without a doubt there was no way it would be covered. so Daryl found a part online and he let me schedule a time to bring my car in to have it fixed. I dropped it off, they fixed it a few hours later and I came to pick it up and checked out and everything is going great. I appreciate their reliability and responsibility and always feel comfortable going in to get any issues with my car fixed.
