If I owned a business, I would want Rick as an employee. About a month ago, I pulled in, and had my tires checked. Rick took care of me, and in a brief conversation, I mentioned that I used to be a customer. He asked why I wasn’t still using their service. I explained that that some time ago, I had come in and the entire staff was new. No familiar faces. It made me uncomfortable about the company. I am 78, and not too trusting. The first couple of years, after my husband died, I had been taken by plumbers, electricians, AC folks, etc and so quite wary and suspicious. He spoke so highly of the current staff, and asked me to give them another try, when a need arose. I did as he asked. Got my car back today, and am so pleased with the entire experience. Everyone deserves a second chance, but Rick asked for it. Thanks to all who took care of my car, as well as Amanda. Hopefully, not too soon, but I’ll go back if I need my car worked on.
